Loudoun Urgent Vet

I had the best urgent care experience I have ever received, all the way from the doctor that saw my dog (Dr. Dunn) to the incredible vet tech (Leila), and even from the receptionist (Mary). Dr. Dunn listened intently, was very compassionate, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Based on her assessment of my dog’s health issue, she did not push extensive testing and instead recommended a plan that would be much less expensive. Dr. Dunn’s backup plan was that if my dog wasn’t better in 2 days to come back for further testing. In the meantime, they provided medication to make him comfortable. Sure enough, my dog was well in two days. I greatly appreciated Dr. Dunn’s integrity. Leila, the vet tech, was thorough and compassionate and offered invaluable practical advice on how to care for my dog after the appointment which ended up being the difference in his ease of recovery. Mary at the front desk is the face of the practice and was extremely attentive from the moment I stepped in the door. I have finally found a very competent urgent care clinic available to my dog. The prices are very fair and reasonable.

Loudoun Urgent Vet absolutely blew my socks off! We arrived late with a very sick cat. It was a busy night but they stayed well past closing to make sure he got the help he needed. They were so gentle and kind to our cat and made such a difference! He was feeling so much better even by the time we got home. Their services were reasonably priced and they were very upfront and transparent about everything. No surprises. The next day they even followed up on text to see how our little guy was doing. Outstanding care!

Second time here. The vet is amazing! I adopted a beautiful puppy that has a lot of stomach chronic issues. They always take us in pretty much right away. They have longer hours than our regular vet, and there's great knowledgeable people here everyday all day. X-rays, sonograms available. His meds too! Thank you for being here doing what you do when we are in desperate need of help.

We had a great visit with our dog Cannoli. He had been vomiting several times and we were unable to take him to his normal vet. The facility was very clean and well maintained! The staff clearly communicated wait times, cost, and their plans to helo get my dog back to peak health.

The staff and vet at Loudon urgent vet were extremely kind, caring, and helpful. We were seen right away, provided a cost estimate and were out with treatment in less than an hour. They even followed up the next day to see how my dog was doing. Excellent care!

I took my pup in a few weeks ago because her regular vet was closed on Saturday afternoon. This was the best emergency vet experience I have ever had. Every single person was warm and professional, from the receptionist to all the vet techs to the vet herself. It did not feel like an emergency vet at all. I was very comfortable with the advice received and was shocked at how low the price was. Highly recommend if you need an emergency visit when your vet is closed.

This urgent veterinary clinic is absolutely wonderful. The staff is kind, efficient, and truly cares about the animals that come through the door. Dr. Dunn is phenomenal. I used her at her previous clinic and always trusted her care. It’s amazing to see the clinic she has built here! You can tell how much dedication and heart has gone into it. We’re lucky to have a place like this when our pets need urgent care. 🐾

I had a phenomenal experience with the entire team at LUV today with my personal dog. My dog is high drive and sporty, and I prefer special accommodations while she is handled. Today she was in a pretty good deal of pain from what turned out to be a fractured toe after quite literally doing the tiniest slip ever. They were wonderful and allowed me to be a part of the process to ensure my dog was comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Wolf was kind, direct, and was thorough in her diagnostic process. I very much appreciated the entire team at the clinic's kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend for any urgent care needs.

A huge thank you to Dr. Graves and the Loudoun Urgent Vet team for helping our dog, Rylee, this past Saturday night. They were quick, compassionate, and so helpful for our 1.5-year-old boy. Rylee is doing great now! The peace of mind we got was priceless. He’s pictured here with his best friend, who was also very worried while he was under the weather. So glad to have them both back to their happy selves!

I had a great experience here last night when I brought my cat in for an urgent visit. The team triaged him very quickly, and the entire process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Dr. Hodges, Craig, and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the visit. They took the time to answer my questions and helped put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. I was especially impressed that they followed up with a text the next day to check on him and see how he was doing. That level of care and attention really meant a lot. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.
